we bid for several high speed train projects and see the chance to become leaders in Greater Chinas subway market. If you read articles in shanghaidaily.com or chinadaily.com and search for "rail investments" there is only one message across the board:
China wants to have the
most sophisticated subway, commuter-train and highspeed railway net in the world
by any standard and all of that not later than 2010.
Shanghai only wants to increase their already existing net of 140 km of subways to more than 400 km by 2010 (World Expo in Shanghai). To achieve that, they even developed tunneling machines and "broke the monopoly" of Japanese and European companies in that field.

agencies. As I personally do not
believe in the business of law which is promoted by lawyers I am trying to
stay away from them. This move is to enable fast developments for clients (checking
patent and other international law issues faster).
